Dutch composer and organist ((1827-1909), a pupil of Friedrich Kalkbrenner et Fromental Halévy.

Fine autograph letter signed by him, dated 22/4 1857, to the German pianist Alfred Dörffell (1821-1905), concerning a Sonata he is composing and about Mendelssohn and Händel music supporters of the time.

Each page's size is 4.2 x 6.8 inches, 4 written pages in one folded sheet, overall rust tone, folds, few creases; in very good condition.
